The purpose of this course is to provide the learner the basics of Value Based Selling.  This course focuses on the features and benefits of the service department along with its products and services.

The student will learn the following impact items

  • The Value Proposition
  • The difference between features and benefits
  • Why providing the benefits is important to the sale
  • The Benefits to the Customer for any purchase

The goal of this course is for the student to have a working knowledge of the customer reason for coming to the dealership.
